Andrea’s responsibilities at Steigerwaldt include assisting the ROW, Forestry, and Brokerage departments in document preparation, execution, and project procurement. She assists with maintaining in-house database systems to record landowner information and track important dates, file management of all project documentation, and supports the Right-of- Way, Forestry, and Brokerage departments with production and distribution of project information to clients and customers. Andrea also assists in acquisition projects for quality control, assurance, and data organization.

Richard has a broad forestry background having been employed at a consulting firm, a tribal government, an international land management company, a logging company, a paper mill, and a nature reserve. He has extensive experience in land management and data analysis specializing in large-tract timberland valuation. He has a broad skillset and range of knowledge including project management, contract negotiation and administration, data quality assurance/quality control, design and implementation of timber harvest and inventory programs, short- and long-term harvest planning, and assisting with land acquisitions and dispositions.
In his current role, Richard leads Steigerwaldt’s Appraisal Department and is responsible for managing appraisal project efforts and client relations. This includes numerous property types and valuation assignments including large timberland investment, energy, utility, and transportation clients, and various forest and resource valuation projects.

Scott is also responsible for supporting the ATS division through quality assurance and quality control of data gathered for inventory projects.
Prior to his current position, Scott worked in ATS division supporting forest inventory data collection, harvest research, timber marketing, and field observations.

Jennifer is also responsible for supporting the Steigerwaldt Tree Farm division through directing and leading field operations. Her duties include TIMS system application, contract and payment tracking, supporting STF field operations, assisting with yard inventory, and managing shipping logistics.
Prior to her current position, Jennifer was a department manager at a landscaping company in Madison, Wisconsin, managing multiple crews for the maintenance department.

Phil holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Forest Science with an emphasis in Forest Management.
Prior to his current position, Phil was an Arborist, working in both the municipal and private tree care industries. He is an ISA Certified Arborist with six years of experience in tree pruning, removals, cabling, planting, and consulting.
In his free time, Phil enjoys spending time with his wife and their two dogs: Rizzo and Indi. He enjoys skiing in the winter and being active in the summer or sometimes just hanging by the lake and enjoying the serenity of Northern Wisconsin. He is an avid fan of the Brewers, Badgers, and Packers, despite the disappointments they occasionally (routinely) bring.

Geographic Information Systems (GIS): Robert worked as a manager of Steigerwaldt’s PC Arc/Info GIS from 1991 (its implementation) to 2000 and is experienced in all phases of a GIS project from initial planning to final hard copy maps.
Aerial Photo Mapping and Interpretation: Robert is skilled in black and white, true color, and color infrared photo interpretation at scales ranging from 1:12,000 to 1:40,000 throughout the upper Midwest.
Forest Inventory and Cruising: Robert worked in an entry level position in June 1980. Occasional projects still arise that provide opportunities to apply his extensive field experience or assist in cruise design.
Forest Management Planning: Robert is also trained to perform all private forestland management tasks including the initial land inspection, creating a management plan, and implementing the plan through the use of timber harvesting, tree planting, or other management tools as needed.
Robert attended the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Forest Management in 1980.

Prior to his current position, Mike was a Consulting Utility Forester with the Davey Resource Group maintaining distribution powerlines. Mike has also worked as a GIS Data Technician for natural gas projects and as a Procurement Forester for a hardwood sawmill.

She enjoys working on the Christmas tree farm and at the maple syrup shack, and pursuing steelhead in the Brule River in northern Wisconsin with her husband, Todd. Kayla has worked in the service industry her entire career. Prior to her current position, Kayla served as a Branch Office Administrator at a financial services firm, and as an Associate Underwriter with a local insurance company. Kayla was also a Radiology Technologist at a busy orthopedic center. Throughout her career, Kayla has been highly efficient and has developed an eye for fine detail. Kayla has helped streamline processes while keeping high quality customer outcomes a priority in her service work. She is very compassionate and enjoys helping people meet and exceed their goals.
