Which projects that you have worked on have been the most enjoyable?
My favorite projects are those focused on research. I enjoy analytical processes like resource assessments, carbon quantification, and feasibility studies. I feel that the information such projects provide is both useful and rewarding.
What are your biggest accomplishments at Steigerwaldt?
I have engaged my professional network and regional forestry groups, establishing Steigerwaldt’s presence in the coastal Southeast. Delivering results for analytical projects completed for some of our best clients always feels like a win.
What is your favorite Steigerwaldt value and why?
Flexibility because the range of services Steigerwaldt is capable of and willing to provide keeps the work interesting and dynamic. I enjoy the diversity of projects I get to be a part of.
How do you see this value in action at work?
I see this in action not only in the projects we secure, but also in the ability of our team to adapt. We are able to adjust the focus of resources and change course quickly and smoothly if needed.
