Which projects that you have worked on have been the most enjoyable?
I had a fantastic time working on the Cardinal to Hickory Creek Project with Steve and the appraisal team. It was a big project, and it was great to see the team come together and make it happen.

What are your biggest accomplishments at Steigerwaldt?
I am proud to have worked in a variety of departments that I knew nothing about prior to joining and to have gained so much knowledge in each field. In four years, I have become a real estate agent, begun working in appraisal, and am very close to completing the necessary courses to qualify as a licensed appraiser. And I’ve recently started taking classes in right-of-way to further my education in this field.

What is your favorite Steigerwaldt value and why?
Flexibility. It is important to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

How do you see this value in action at work?
By allowing flex time, working remotely, and the PTO accruing system.
