One of our large timber-producing clients needed an estimate of market value for their land holdings in northern Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

With nearly 10,000 acres of forestland across eleven counties in two states, the complex appraisal project called for a team with extensive timber knowledge.

Responding to the client’s needs, our staff assessed timber types, performed a volume estimate, identified soils and water features, quantified water frontage, determined harvesting times, and evaluated land quality in order to arrive at a value estimate. The final product was a culmination of input from our in-house team of foresters, appraisers, and analysts, all working together toward the client’s objective.
