Brady P. O’leary

Brady O’leary serves as a Right-of-Way Agent at Steigerwaldt Land Services. In this role, Brady supports the Energy, Infrastructure, and Real Estate division through property research, landowner communication, document preparation, and coordination with project teams. Brady specializes in right-of-way acquisition support, bringing extensive knowledge of rural properties and vacant land to each project.

Prior to joining Steigerwaldt Land Services, Brady spent 20 years as a real estate appraiser and real estate agent, with a primary focus on rural properties and vacant land acquisition. This background provides a strong foundation in property valuation, market analysis, negotiations, and landowner relations.

In his free time, Brady enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, snowmobiling, hunting, playing drums, and following sports—especially Green Bay Packers football—as well as serving on the local youth football board, where Brady also coaches his son’s team.
