Joy M. Rogers

Joy Rogers serves as a Document Specialist at Steigerwaldt Land Services.  She is responsible for supporting the Right- of-Way department through right-of-way acquisition, land leasing, permitting, construction, and processing.

Prior to her current position, Joy served as Vice President of a national ERP advisory firm, specializing in system selection and implementation.  During this time, she also provided real estate document processing services, performed licensed title / closing agent duties, and conducted title review work.  Joy currently serves as a Commissioner for the Gordon Sanitary District and Secretary for the Gordon Town Development Committee.

In her free time Joy focuses on community involvement & outreach, time with family, and being outdoors.  She values making memories with her husband, two dogs, and being on the water in the summer with friends.
