Travis W. Polinske
Human Resources Manager
Travis is responsible for HRIS entries, such as onboarding for new hires, address changes, employee termination, benefits deductions, direct deposit, and salary changes. Travis also develops, implements, and communicates effective company-wide policies and procedures and assists with the hiring and selection process.
Travis holds an Associate Degree in HR Management from Fox Valley Technical College and specializes in accounting and finance processes and procedures.
Prior to his role with Steigerwaldt, Travis was a Senior Payroll and Billing Coordinator for a corporate healthcare organization.
In his free time, Travis enjoys hitting the trails with his wife and kids on their UTV/ATV’s, being on the lake, camping, and spending time with friends and family.
