Which projects that you have worked on have been the most enjoyable?
The most enjoyable and rewarding projects I have worked on while at Steigerwaldt have been on multi-year invasive management projects. I enjoy being able to return to a site and see the management practices working and improving the habitats long term.
What are your biggest accomplishments at Steigerwaldt?
My biggest win at Steigerwaldt has been helping the Environmental Department develop and grow. In a short time, we have kept many of our top clients, gained a handful of new ones, and taken on projects with confidence that are completely new to our department.
What is your favorite Steigerwaldt value and why?
Team “We.” Steigerwaldt has done a really good job of building strong team chemistry. I feel lucky to have met and worked with so many great people here who are always looking to support each other in any way possible.
How do you see this value in action at work?
Everyone is always working on projects for departments outside of their own and prioritize others over themselves. We have a really versatile team that cares about each other and their success as a whole.
