What are three skills or attributes that describe you?

Which projects that you have worked on have been the most enjoyable?

They are all interesting in their own way, but the most enjoyable and rewarding project I have worked on while at Steigerwaldt has been the ATC Y-74 project. It was the most interesting so far, as it was my first linear project that I started on from the beginning.

What are your biggest accomplishments at Steigerwaldt?

My biggest win at Steigerwaldt has been learning a new industry after 27 years of working in the same industry.

What is your favorite Steigerwaldt value and why?

Drive. It keeps me going even when I have challenging days.

How do you see this value in action at work?

I see drive as we all are continuously learning and following up to ensure items aren’t missed.
