Which projects that you have worked on have been the most enjoyable?
My most enjoyable projects have been being assigned to provide Forestry services for a number of SLS long-standing, larger NIPF clients. It is awesome to work with these clients and provide top-notch professional services to in a team setting.
What are your biggest accomplishments at Steigerwaldt?
My biggest accomplishments while at Steigerwaldt have been working towards and obtaining certifications for greater NIPF involvement and service such as MI Registered Forester, MI Qualified Plan Writer, WI CPW, FISTA, NRCS TSP.
What is your favorite Steigerwaldt value and why?
Respect. Without “respect” across the board there is no Team, Focus, Drive….
How do you see this value in action at work?
A lot of cross-program work in Forest Ops creates respect for other individuals in our Division and creates respect for other Divisions.
