Which projects that you have worked on have been the most enjoyable?
A carbon inventory project in Pennsylvania and a recent carbon re-measure have been the most enjoyable projects that I have been a part of!
What are your biggest accomplishments at Steigerwaldt?
My biggest accomplishments and wins at Steigerwaldt include an increased proficiency in various types of forest measurement, being able to travel and experience a wide range of ecosystems, and just working with an amazing team from whom I am constantly learning new things!
What is your favorite Steigerwaldt value and why?
Drive. Drive is important to me because sometimes forestry work can be challenging, and in those times, you need to have the drive to push through and get things done despite the obstacles.
How do you see this value in action at work?
I see drive every day when myself and those around me put in the hard work and take the time to complete the tasks at hand.
