I specialize in all things HR related – recruitment and hiring, employee relations, payroll, compensation and benefits, and compliance.
What does a day in your role look like?
My day to day varies, but it is a good balance between supporting staff needs, recruitment and hiring, business needs, and attending to unexpected situations.
What initially drew you to your field?
What drew me to this field is the variety of work, creating culture, helping others succeed, and problem solving.
What energizes you and keeps your passion going?
Seeing the positive impact of the work we do on both people and the organization energizes me. Watching staff grow and making a difference in the company is fulfilling.
What is your favorite part of your role or favorite thing about working at Steigerwaldt?
My favorite part of my role is celebrating success and extending job offers, both internally and externally.
