What do you specialize in?

As a paralegal, I chose to specialize in real estate because it is one of the more positive practice areas. I’m continually impressed by the fact that a carefully and properly drafted document has the power to transfer ownership or an interest in real property—an impactful reminder of how precision and attention to detail truly matter. Assisting attorneys, closing transactions at a title company, and supporting the Town Board and Town Residents as a Municipal Clerk, have prepared me to navigate real estate matters from multiple perspectives, anticipate needs, and provide reliable, detail‑driven support throughout every stage of a ROW project.

What does a day in your role look like?

My goal each day is to support my ROW team, to provide the best service possible for our customers, and serve as a dependable behind‑the‑scenes resource. By anticipating needs, managing details, and responding quickly to questions or changes, I help ensure our agents feel supported and our projects stay on track.

What initially drew you to your field?

I’ve always been, by nature, a support person. I’m at my best behind the scenes—providing structure, creating order, and bringing ideas or projects across the finish line. I’m drawn to work where I can help others succeed by anticipating needs, smoothing processes, and ensuring the details are handled with care and precision.
