What are three skills or attributes that describe you?
Positive, team player, and organized.
Which projects that you have worked on have been the most enjoyable?
I guess it’s not just one project, but working together as a team on large appraisal projects is very rewarding because we are able to utilize different team members from different departments and everyone brings their expertise to the table.
What are your biggest accomplishments at Steigerwaldt?
Working with the team on onboarding new employees and getting the right people in the right places.
What is your favorite Steigerwaldt value and why?
Team “We” because as a team, we can accomplish anything we set our minds to do. The sky is the limit!
How do you see this value in action at work?
I see our Administration and Appraisal staff step in all the time to make sure the team is supported. Everyone knows they can count on their coworkers to step in and assist whenever we have larger projects with tight deadlines.
