Which projects that you have worked on have been the most enjoyable?
I’ve been a part of several really interesting projects, but New Mexico stands out as one of the most exciting and rewarding ones! Beautiful scenery and tons of wildlife!
What are your biggest accomplishments at Steigerwaldt?
My biggest win at Steigerwaldt has been progressing my career from an LTE to my current role as Operations Manager, and seeing all the change that have happened over the last 9+ years.
What is your favorite Steigerwaldt value and why?
Flexibility. Being able to adjust schedules to meet both personal and work demands has proven to be huge for me over the years, especially with having a family at home!
How do you see this value in action at work?
Things come up all the time and having the flexibility to adjust and still meet demands is almost a weekly occurrence.
