What are three skills or attributes that describe you?
Punctual, organized, and detail-oriented.
Which projects that you have worked on have been the most enjoyable?
The most rewarding project I have worked on so far would be harvest season. It was very rewarding to see the end product going to the customers.
What are your biggest accomplishments at Steigerwaldt?
One of my biggest accomplishments has been maintaining the seedling plots. With consistent mowing, I have been able to keep the plant competition down to help promote growth for the seedlings.
What is your favorite Steigerwaldt value and why?
Team “We” is important to me because I know that no matter how daunting a project can be, my team is always there to support me to help get it done. It helps to take the stress out of any project.
How do you see this value in action at work?
My team and I are constantly communicating regarding our workload and progress on current projects.
