Which projects that you have worked on have been the most enjoyable?
The most rewarding project I have worked on is researching and implementing a program to help our employees with career pathing, development, and growth personally and professionally.
What are your biggest accomplishments at Steigerwaldt?
My biggest accomplishment while at Steigerwaldt has been helping our team move several big projects forward such as launching a program for career pathing, planning all-staff meetings, and taking on more responsibilities to allow my team to be as productive and helpful as possible.
What is your favorite Steigerwaldt value and why?
Team “We” is my favorite value because we are stronger together. When we bring our minds, ideas, and abilities together, we can achieve new heights and learn from each other. I love being there to support others, and having others’ support is crucial to feeling appreciated and valued. We truly are building a great fort with great people.
How do you see this value in action at work?
I see Team We in everything we do internally and externally. We have a fantastic team that works together to ensure that our clients, co-workers, and community have a positive experience. We thrive on collaboration and working as a team.
