Which projects that you have worked on have been the most enjoyable?
The most rewarding project I have worked on is an inventory project in Pennsylvania. It was a cool area to work in with lots of new things to see.
What are your biggest accomplishments at Steigerwaldt?
My biggest accomplishment while at Steigerwaldt has been being a dependable team player. A big win coming up is that I will have been here for a year in a couple of weeks!
What is your favorite Steigerwaldt value and why?
Team “We.” This is important because with a good team we are able to help each other out when we can so we can all benefit and be more effective at what we do.
How do you see this value in action at work?
I see this value in action every time I work with my teammates. The people I work with seem to work well with each other and try to be as helpful as possible.
