What do you specialize in?
I specialize in project management, budgeting, real estate acquisition, landowner negotiations, and State and local statute / ordinance review.
What does a day in your role look like?
A day in my role consists of managing real estate acquisition projects for various infrastructure projects such as overhead transmission lines, pipeline, and road construction.
What initially drew you to your field?
The opportunity to work with a regional family-oriented company based in Wisconsin is what drew me to this field.
What energizes you and keeps your passion going?
I am energized by helping our ROW acquisition team work through various landowner issues and concerns in order to come to a mutual agreement.
What is your favorite part of your role or favorite thing about working at Steigerwaldt?
My favorite parts about working at Steigerwaldt is working with great team members and the ability to have a flexible schedule.
