Which projects that you have worked on have been the most enjoyable?
Any project in which I have the opportunity to lighten the load for someone is rewarding. Fun and happiness follow a lightened load.
What are your biggest accomplishments at Steigerwaldt?
I have to say obtaining the position of Document Specialist will always be my personal biggest win/accomplishment. Steigerwaldt is truly a diamond in the rough in the Northwoods of Wisconsin. I consider myself truly blessed to have been accepted into a company with such high values, purpose and positive vibes.
What is your favorite Steigerwaldt value and why?
Accountability. Accountability is a driving force for other values. Accountability fosters drive and focus … teamwork and respect.
How do you see this value in action at work?
My teammates own their actions and responsibilities. I see it every day in conversations and the quality of work done. Steigerwaldt’s values are not for show … they are expressed in actions and tangibly impact the way the company operates.
