What do you specialize in?
I specialize in landowner negotiations. I explain the documents to landowners, answer questions, address concerns, and negotiate a fair and just compensation.
What does a day in your role look like?
My day usually consists of landowner calls, driving to meet landowners at their homes, knocking on doors, answering emails from clients, submitting permit applications, and attending project meetings.
What initially drew you to your field?
I enjoy working with people and helping explain hard to understand real estate concepts. Getting to meet new people every day through real estate is something that makes me happy.
What energizes you and keeps your passion going?
My family. I love my wife and kids more than life. My 6 kids give me energy to continue playing with them, and my wife, Hannah, is my spark that keeps me charged every day!
What is your favorite part of your role or favorite thing about working at Steigerwaldt?
I love the team/family atmosphere here at Steigerwaldt! I know we’re all working together for the best outcomes, and I know we all want the best for each other.
