Which projects that you have worked on have been the most enjoyable?
I work on many Right-of-Way projects and feel they are all rewarding in some way. Having a variety of projects allows for growth and learning to take place.
What are your biggest accomplishments at Steigerwaldt?
My biggest accomplishments while at Steigerwaldt have been taking two IRWA classes within the first year, as well as meeting my professional goals.
What is your favorite Steigerwaldt value and why?
Drive. Drive is important to me because I am determined to learn new things and push forward. Having no previous experience in the Right-of-Way field, I have made strides in learning and gaining knowledge.
How do you see this value in action at work?
When things get tough, we push through and do our best.
