Which projects that you have worked on have been the most enjoyable?
While at Steigerwaldt, the most rewarding project I have worked on is transitioning accounting platforms and rolling out company provided cell phones.
What are your biggest accomplishments at Steigerwaldt?
My biggest accomplishment has been cutting down costs related to business operations and helping hire and onboard almost half of our staff last year.
What is your favorite Steigerwaldt value and why?
Drive. Drive promotes growth in the company that transitions into greater opportunities for staff.
How do you see this value in action at work?
We focus on getting the right fit people onto our team when hiring. Every employee carries a great amount of drive on our team that reflects profitability and promotes growth in accordance to Steigerwaldt’s strategic goals.
