There is a great interior woods road system and an aspen forest cover which is ideal for grouse and woodcock.
A conservation easement covers parts of the west 35 acres but provides two building sites. It’s our opinion that this is adequate for a recreation parcel that would most likely be used privately.
We hope you take the time to look this parcel over. It has water frontage, good grouse and deer habitat, good interior roads, excellent scenery, and a great location. It’s hard to find waterfront and recreation land at this value.
