SFI – Tomahawk River Property
This 104-acre parcel is located between Tomahawk and Minocqua along the east side of the Tomahawk River. The total length of river frontage is approximately 3,000 feet and it is primarily upland. The high banks provide excellent views, and the property has been very good for deer and grouse hunting. This tract also has excellent interior rods. A conservation easement provides for two separate building sites which, in our opinion, are consistent with the best use of the property. There are several potential building sites on the river.
This is a privacy parcel with a multitude of uses. You could have a private residential or vacation spot with good hunting, fishing, cross country skiing, and privacy as well.

Camp 37-Argonne
This parcel was listed in the fall of 2023, and we are surprised it is still available. It’s a 1,000-acre tract of forestland that offers both timber investment and recreation. It’s located in Forest County, approximately 5 miles north of Crandon and 20 miles northeast of Rhinelander. County Highway G is ¼ to ½ mile south. National Forest land borders on the north and there is a very good interior woods road system. These type of roads are expensive to build and add additional value to timberland tracts. Major species of trees include sugar maple, soft maple, basswood, yellow birch, and hemlock.
Large parcels such as this are becoming very difficult to find. The land is enrolled in Wisconsin’s Managed Forest Program as “open”, but it can be changed to a “closed” status.
