Andrea Caron has been with Steigerwaldt for over 7 years. she currently holds the title of Appraisal Assistant.
What do you specialize in?
I specialize in both assisting the appraisal and brokerage departments as well as forestry on occasion. I am very detail orientated and work well in ensuring a job is not only done, but done well.
What does a day in your role look like?
My main day to day role is supporting the appraisal department with the “behind the scenes” projects and tasks needed to complete each project with efficiency, accuracy, and detail.
What initially drew you to your field?
I grew up on a farm in Calumet County, Wisconsin. I enjoyed being outside and science. Natural resources always felt like a good place to learn and keep learning from.
What energizes you and keeps your passion going?
I am energized by the challenges faced and a team of problem solvers to find a solution.
What is your favorite part of your role or favorite thing about working at Steigerwaldt?
I enjoy the creative forum offered by Steigerwaldt to solve problems in new and creative ways. We are constantly challenging ourselves to make sure we are being innovative but with a solid backing of experience.
