What do you specialize in?
I specialize in utility and infrastructure appraisals, as well as valuations for personal purposes such as estate planning.
What does a day in your role look like?
No two days are the same. A typical day blends research, analyzing, team collaboration, diligence, attention to detail and a clear understanding of the assignment.
What initially drew you to your field?
I was drawn to this type of work by the challenges and variety it offers. No two projects are the same, and every property tells a different story.
What energizes you and keeps your passion going?
I am energized by the challenge of diverse projects and working alongside a high-performing, dedicated team.
What is your favorite part of your role or favorite thing about working at Steigerwaldt?
My favorite thing about my role is team collaboration. We combine experience, insight and attention to detail to deliver clear, credible results our clients can rely on.
