Our forest management team oversees more than 180,000 acres of forestland throughout the Lake States. Our client acreage ownership ranges from 10 acres of private property up to 30,000 acres across several counties in Wisconsin. No matter the size of land ownership or the rural or urban setting, our forest management team has a long history of understanding our clients’ needs and exceeding their expectations, while upholding our own high standards of environmental stewardship.

Timber Sale Administration

Successful timber harvest administration requires careful planning and field layout, contract compliance, and close supervision. Our long working relationships with industry contacts, including professional loggers, and close monitoring of markets ensure the best results for our clients.

Tree Disease and Protection

Our forest management team works with landowners and agencies to identify insect and disease problems. Once the problem is correctly diagnosed, we handle treatment and protection to keep your forest, urban, or residential trees in top condition. With certified pesticide applicators on staff, our forest management team abides by the highest industry standards.

Timber Incentive Programs

Tax law programs reward landowners for sustainable forest management and harvesting practices. As DNR cooperating foresters, our certified plan writers can help you enroll in Wisconsin’s MFL program, Minnesota’s Sustainable Forest Incentive program, Michigan’s Commercial Forest program, and similar regional programs in order to make the most of your forest resources.

GIS Mapping

GIS mapping tools and databases created by our staff provide clients with highly detailed property information for informed decision making. Pioneers of applying the technology to natural resources in the Lake States, we have experience in a broad range of GIS applications.

Tree Farm

We delight in providing beautiful, top quality, wholesale Wisconsin Christmas trees. We offer wholesale and retail trees from 3 to 16 feet with many species to choose from including Balsam, Fraser, and White Pine.
