Ashley Beatty has been with Steigerwaldt for almost 10 years. She currently holds the title of Communication and Development Director.
What do you specialize in?
I specialize in problem solving, process creation and implementation, team building, fostering Steigerwaldt culture, training facilitation, and marketing and communications.
What does a day in your role look like?
A day in my role revolves around creating and supporting internal operations through people, strategy, and processes to best support our team members. That can range from communication, tech support, company, process implementation, and Human Resources. Every day is unique, and I get to engage with different team members daily. It’s my favorite part!
What initially drew you to your field?
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and my Master’s in Management. I have always felt energized by bringing people together, building a team, and getting things done.
What energizes you and keeps your passion going?
This team. I want to show up every day and do my best so our team members can show up and do their best.
What is your favorite part of your role or favorite thing about working at Steigerwaldt?
My favorite part of my role is that I get to work on so many different projects with many different team members. My favorite thing about working at Steigerwaldt is our company culture and all the individuals that work here. It’s a high-functioning, high-trust team that is making an impact.
