Hello,

We are truly living in unique times.  As the COVID-19 health crisis continues to affect our community and world, we wanted to reach out and update you on how we’re supporting our employees, our community and you—our clients and partners.

Above all else, health and safety for all is our priority.

Steigerwaldt considers our employees and clients as family.  As a family, it is imperative that we take care of each other and are mindful of our role in the community.  Like most companies, we are adapting our work arrangements to ensure productivity and safety.  Effective March 19th, Steigerwaldt has temporarily closed our offices to the public and most staff will be working remotely or out in the field.

With a strong business continuity plan in place, we were able to adapt swiftly to the necessity of secure technological applications and processes to continue to be productive while we work remotely.  At this time, we are recommending that all non-essential meetings will be conducted via phone and/or web-applications both internally and with our clients.  We will continue to develop and implement policies and procedures that will allow us to provide services to our clients while addressing the safety concerns of the individuals involved.

We understand the importance of communication as we work alongside you to navigate business during this time.  Steigerwaldt staff will continue to be available by phone or email to answer any questions or address any concerns you may have.

This is a fluid situation, and as it changes, we will continue to adapt and communicate with you.

In these uncertain times, more than ever, it’s vital that we be there for one another.  We are here for you.  Please reach out to your direct contact at Steigerwaldt if you have any questions regarding specific projects.

Yours in health,

The Steigerwaldt Family and Team
