Which projects that you have worked on have been the most enjoyable?
My most enjoyable projects were being able to help out on the Wisconsin DNR projects treating for invasive species as well as oak wilt.
What are your biggest accomplishments at Steigerwaldt?
My biggest accomplishment while at Steigerwaldt is being cross-trained to help out with other departments. This helps to meet production goals and help out other departments in the off-season.
What is your favorite Steigerwaldt value and why?
Team “We.” Team “We” is my favorite value because when we all work as a team, we are able to accomplish things that may seem difficult to do. When you are able to get on the same page with others and come up with a good plan, anything is possible.
How do you see this value in action at work?
I see Team “We” when a team comes together in a difficult situation or project and are able to accomplish some pretty difficult situations.
