Reliable, Curious, Determined
Which projects that you have worked on have been the most enjoyable?
A carbon cruise in New Mexico was one of my most enjoyable project. The teamwork and dedication it took to complete the project was rewarding, and it was enjoyable working outside the lakes states.
What are your biggest accomplishments at Steigerwaldt?
My biggest accomplishment while at Steigerwaldt was working to achieve my CGA license. I’ve had the benefit of working with and learning from great appraisers and learning from their experience has made me feel very fortunate.
What is your favorite Steigerwaldt value and why?
Stewardship. I believe strongly in stewardship of the land and leaving things better for future generations then how we inherited it.
How do you see this value in action at work?
I’ve worked on many projects that reflect Stewardship, from appraising conservation easements and large forestland properties, to valuing properties that will be acquired for public enjoyment.
