Which projects that you have worked on have been the most enjoyable?
There have been many projects that I have really enjoyed during my time here. I’ve really liked being involved in land management, inventory, and tree farm work.
What are your biggest accomplishments at Steigerwaldt?
My biggest accomplishment while at Steigerwaldt has been helping to implement clear goals and pathways to successfully accomplish tasks and keep moving forward as a company.
What is your favorite Steigerwaldt value and why?
Accountability. Accountability and clear direction are key to successfully accomplishing tasks.
How do you see this value in action at work?
I see accountability in action at work because everyone holds themselves and others accountable for the work that needs to be done.
