Which projects that you have worked on have been the most enjoyable?
The most rewarding projects are getting hands on and working with the entire group, from contractors to veg management, helping them with all their needs on a project.

My biggest win at Steigerwaldt has been passing knowledge down to the rest of our team.
What is your favorite Steigerwaldt value and why?
Respect. Respect has always been the driver for me. I work in a field that requires respect, not only towards myself, but to every landowner I work with and everyone close to me.
How do you see this value in action at work?
All of our coworkers, clients, and landowners see respect from me every day.
