Which projects that you have worked on have been the most enjoyable?
I enjoy helping people meet their goals, big or small. Whether it is one client with one landowner, or one client with many landowners, it is amazing to see all of the time and work that goes into each and every appraisal as well as the quality that goes into the final product.
What are your biggest accomplishments at Steigerwaldt?
My biggest accomplishments while at Steigerwaldt have been learning appraisal, which is completely new to me, helping support our ESG initiative by having zero waste at one of our all-staff meetings, and directing and coordinating the completion of large building projects for the office.
What is your favorite Steigerwaldt value and why?
Team “We.” I wouldn’t be able to accomplish what I do without a knowledgeable and supportive team.
How do you see this value in action at work?
When our workload heats up, my team won’t let me fail. The administrative team and appraisal team both have great people who jump in and help when needed.
